As a social enterprise, Bromley Healthcare has been created for and with local people.

The way in which our unique organisation is managed ensures that staff, local people and local organisations who have a stake in local healthcare can be involved in decision-making. There are two main groups involved in the governance (steering) of Bromley Healthcare; the board of directors and the shareholders.
