Bromley Healthcare was established on 1 April 2011 to provide out-of-hospital health services in Bromley.

We now also care for people in Bexley, Croydon, Greenwich and Lewisham - and our reach continues to extend.

We've grown from working in just one borough to being one of the UK's leading providers of community health services. We're a community interest company formed of over 800 people delivering high-quality NHS services.

Our ethos and unique approach has contributed to our success. We believe in putting clinicians in the driving seat and empowering front-line staff to make decisions about how services should be run. This has made us patient-focussed and efficient, taking the best that the NHS has to offer, removing some of the bureaucracy and focussing on quality healthcare.

We provide services in clinics, hospitals, community settings, nursing homes and other many other places. You can find out more about us by exploring this website.

These records are important because they help the clinician to remember what advice they previously gave to you and any information you might have shared with them. It also helps if you are sent to see another service for further advice or treatments.

We may also look at your basic information to help us to: review the care we provide to ensure we keep to our very high standards; understand the health needs of our patients and plan service improvements; make sure our services can meet your needs in the future; investigate complaints, legal claims or untoward incidents; teach and train healthcare professionals.
