Results of the NHS Friends and Family Test released last week by NHS England have shown that on average Bromley Healthcare is the most highly recommended NHS provider in London.
The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a single question survey that asks patients whether they would recommend the NHS service they have received to friends and family who need similar treatment or care.
In January 100 per cent of our patients who responded to the survey said they would recommend our social enterprise. In February the figure was 97 per cent and in March 98 per cent.
Launched in April 2013, the FFT question has been asked in all NHS inpatient and A&E departments across England and, since October 2013, all providers of NHS funded maternity services. From January 2015 the FFT was extended to capture feedback from GPs and NHS funded community and mental health services.
