Tony manages a portfolio of directorships across the public and private sectors, drawing on extensive experience in healthcare, technology and business leadership. Originally trained as a radiographer, he went on to build several successful healthcare consulting businesses.
Over the past decade, Tony has also worked with Google DeepMind, leading Strategic Partnerships and developing AI research programmes and products with leading healthcare organisations across the US, Middle East and Far East.
Following the sale of his healthcare consultancies, Tony joined x-tention as Joint UK Managing Director and is also President of Securite Group, a $100m global healthcare cybersecurity business within the x-tention family.
An NHS National Innovation Fellow, Tony completed his doctorate at Warwick University, researching how AI technologies can be designed to benefit the NHS and wider healthcare sector. As Non-Executive Director at Bromley Healthcare, he leads technology, IT and cyber and sits on the associated sub-committees.
