Lorraine was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in June 2026. She brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across community, primary and urgent care services, with a strong background in leading service transformation, improving access and working closely with partners to address health inequalities.
Lorraine has joined Bromley Healthcare from London Central and West, where she was Executive Director of Operations and a Board Member. In this role, Lorraine has led large-scale service delivery and improvement programmes focused on quality, performance and community impact.
Lorraine also serves as Board Trustee of the Sickle Cell Society and has held NHS non-executive roles shaping system-wide approaches to health inequalities.
