Healthwatch Bromley are seeking the views of adults (18+) who have a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or their Carers, who live in Bromley about their views and experiences of using local Health and Social Care services in Bromley. The purpose of the survey is to help improve the health and care services in Bromley for people with Autism.
Your views will be anonymous and the information given will help Bromley Council understand what is working well and what needs to improve to support people with autism accessing health and social care services in the borough.
