Bromley Healthcare is introducing Apollo Epic, a new electronic patient record system, in 2027.
This will help our teams work more closely with NHS and care services across South East London, making care safer, better coordinated and easier to join up.
What this means for patients:
· better access to the information needed to support your care
· less need to repeat information between services
· care continuing as normal while we prepare for the change
The change is planned for September 2027. We will share more information before then, including how we will keep your information safe. You do not need to do anything at this stage, and your care will continue as normal.
