Find out more about Private Stammering Therapy (Self Pay)

Overview

Stammering (also known as stuttering) is a difference in the way some people speak.

Words may sometimes feel stuck or out of control, and this can involve repetitions, prolongations or blocks. Stammering can vary from day to day and from one situation to another, and no two people experience it in the same way.

This private stammering therapy service is for adults who stammer, whether you have stammered since childhood or your stammer has developed more recently. There is no right or wrong time to start therapy. Many people are surprised by how much stammering therapy has changed compared with earlier experiences.

Our service focuses on helping you make the changes you want to see in your communication and daily life.
