Bromley Council and Bromley CCG are working together to consider what actions the borough needs to take to ensure that local residents age well. The aims are to:
- Help local residents be active participants in their community
- Join up health and social care services more effectively to support future needs
- Ensure support and care is meeting the changing needs of residents
An online survey has been developed to capture the views and experiences of local residents and professionals. It can be found: bromley.gov.uk/ageingwell
