Comments, Concerns, Complaints, Compliments

If you want to complain or congratulate, get in touch. We want to hear from you.

Every so often we know something might go wrong with the service you receive from us. If you’re unhappy with the care you receive or an element of our service, we want to hear from you.

We also want to hear from you if you’re happy with the care you’re receiving – it’s good to be able to thank the team and let people know they’re doing a good job, so if you have a compliment, congratulation or complaint please get in touch by emailing us on bromh.feedback@nhs.net.

You can also tell your story on ‘Care Opinion’ and everyone will see your comments.  We always respond to these comments – whether they are positive or negative – to help us improve what we do.
